I have a 33-34 waist and the band on the Medium size is a bit too snug. I'm slim but unlike these ripped underwear models I do have some body fat and the tight waistband creates an unflattering muffin effect. And they ride very low which I guess is expected for trunks. (look how high his belly button is!) They were super inexpensive ($2/pair) and thus not worth the return shipping cost to China for an exchange. I'm keeping them and just gonna have to get lean, baby!
